(b) for directing the Respondents no.3, 4 and 5 to take immediate and effective steps to cancel/annul the fraudulent Sale Deeds with respect to Khata No. 66, Plot No. 2286, Mouza Jamtara, Anchal Dumri, District - Giridih, Jharkhand executed in violation of Section 46 of the CNT Act, 1908.

(c) for directing the private respondents, their agents, and assigns to be permanently restrained from entering upon or interfering with the peaceful possession of the petitioner over the land in question.
