Instant writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Gumla to take steps against respondent no.4, who has conducted the irregularity in running of the PDS shop.

Petitioner was working as a secretary under respondent no.4 and she had raised objection in the irregular practice in the conduct of the PDS shop and consequently, vide memo no.527(ii)vk dated 16.05.2022, the license was suspended which was restored on 12.01.2023.

In view of restoration of the license, instant writ petition has been filed.

The State has filed counter affidavit and has brought on record the enquiry report conducted in the matter. In the said report, the members of the villagers and other members of Komal Shakti Mahila Mandal appeared before the District Supply Officer and said that there did not exist any dispute with regard to running of PDS shop. In this view of matter with a warning to respondent no.4, the enquiry was dropped.

Considering the enquiry report, I find that no lis survive.

Writ Petition stands dismissed. Interlocutory Application, if any, is
