1. In spite of valid service of notice, none appears on behalf of the opposite party.

2. Instant transfer petition has been preferred for transfer of Original Suit (M.T.S.) No. 921 of 2024 from the learned Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi to the learned court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Hazaribagh.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that marriage of the petitioner with opposite party was solemnized on 27.04.2021 according to Hindu rites and rituals. Due to ill-treatment and harassment by the opposite party the petitioner compelled to leave her matrimonial home and to now residing at her parental home. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that at the time of marriage, opposite party had misrepresented his employment in a private company at Mumbai to induce the petitioner and her family, though he was unemployed which amounts to misrepresentation and fraud upon the petitioner. Petitioner is living in Hazaribagh which is far from Ranchi (approx. 100 Kms) and petitioner is not in a position to avail sufficient funds for travelling to attend the court's proceedings at Ranchi. Hence, Original Suit (M.T.S.) No. 921 of 2024 which is pending before the learned Court of

Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi may be transferred to learned Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Hazaribagh.

4. Considering the contentions raised on behalf of the petitioner, I feel inclined, in the ends of justice, to allow the prayer of the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, Original ((M.T.S.)) Suit No. 921 of 2024which is pending before the learned Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi, is hereby transferred to the learned Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Hazaribagh.

6. Accordingly, the present transfer petition is allowed .
