This appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 01.02.2019 and decree signed on 18.02.2019 passed by the learned District Judge-III, Garhwa in Title Appeal No. 16/2010, whereby the said appeal has been dismissed and the judgment dated 18.06.2010 and decree dated 06.07.2010 passed by the learned Munsif, Civil Court, Garhwa in Title Suit No. 42/2000 has been affirmed.

3. Accordingly, this second appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
