The matter is taken up in National Lok Adalat.

Mr. Ashutosh Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant- Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Company and Mr. Santosh Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent- New India Insurance Company Ltd. is present. Both learned counsels have submitted that the settlement has been arrived at as full and final satisfaction to the tune of compensation amount of Rs.16,50,000/-.

Learned counsel for the appellant-Insurance Company has submitted that during pendency of this appeal, execution was stayed subject to deposition of Rs.6,77,600/- before the concerned Tribunal, as such the same may be disbursed to the claimants.

Learned counsel for the appellant-Insurance Company has further submitted that the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/-, which has been deposited at the time of filing of the present appeal, may also be transmitted by the Registry of this Court to the concerned Tribunal so that the same may be disbursed to the claimants.

The appellant-Insurance Company is directed to deposit the rest amount out of Rs.16,50,000/- before the concerned Tribunal without any interest within a period of one month.

The Learned Tribunal is directed to disburse the total amount of Rs.16,50,000/- to the claimants on their proper identification.

The parties are informed that the Court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.

Accordingly, M.A. No.563 of 2019 is disposed off.
