Learned counsel for the appellants has filed I.A. No. 16960 of 2025 seeking permission to withdraw the instant Letters Patent Appeal on account of compromise effected between the parties with a further prayer for exempting the appellants to deposit the cost imposed by the learned writ Court.

Since the parties appear to have compromised the matter as is evident from the Annexure IA-1 appended with this application and the averments to this effect have been duly supported by affidavit filed on behalf of the appellants, we allow this Interlocutory Application.

1. Consequently, the Letters Patent Appeal is allowed to be disposed of as withdrawn and the costs imposed by the learned writ Court are ordered to be waived off.
