3. Accordingly, paragraph-10 of the order dated 18.09.2025 passed in the present appeal is corrected to be read as “With the aforesaid observations and directions, this appeal stands disposed of.”
4. The order dated 18.09.2025 passed in the present appeal is modified to the said extent.
