2. This appeal has been filed against the judgment and award passed by District Judge cum Special Land Acquisition Judge, Hazaribagh, in L.R. Case No. 01/10 to 24/10 by which the learned Special L.A. Judge passed the judgment dated 23.03.2013 and award sealed and signed on 06.04.2013 in Land Reference Case No. 19/2010 and L.A. Case No. 22.04-05 under Section 54 of the L.A. Act, 1894, for the higher compensation for his acquired land.

3. Learned counsel for the parties have jointly submitted that the present case is squarely covered by the judgment passed by this court in F.A. No. 82 of 2017 and other analogous cases which was in relation to the same village Kodi, P.S. Patratu, arising out of the same land acquisition proceedings. They have jointly submitted that rate of compensation has been enhanced @ Rs. 6000 per decimal for all categories of land of the village. They submit that this appeal be also disposed of in the same terms. They have also submitted that the present case arises out of the batch of cases which was decided by common

judgment and amongst the batch of cases, a few cases have been decided in F.A. No. 82 of 2017 dated 04.04.2025.

4. Accordingly, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the order passed in F.A. No. 82 of 2017 dated 04.04.2025.
