1. This appeal has been filed for the following reliefs: -

“ That the present memo of first appeal is filed against the order dated 27.04.2007 and award dated 01.06.2007 passed by Sri Vijay Narayan Singh, the learned Additional District Judge cum Special Judge (L.A.), Hazaribag (now Ramgarh) in L.R. Case No. 40/2006 whereby and whereunder dismissed the review petition on behalf of the appellant and refused to consider the review petition on quantum of compensation amount which was highly inflated by the learned Acquisition Judge for extraneous consideration.”

2. I.A. No. 3117 of 2025 has been filed seeking withdrawal of this appeal.
