Perused the report kept at Flag-X received from the learned Secretary, DLSA, Bokaro by which it has been informed that the matter between the parties has been settled.

It appears that earlier Appellant No.2-Sarita Devi has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 19.06.2025.

This Criminal appeal has been filed on behalf of the appellants challenging the order dated 06.02.2025 passed by Shri Pawan Kumar No.1, learned Additional Sessions Judge-Istcum-Special Judge, Bokaro by which the anticipatory bail application of the appellants has been rejected in connection with Sector-IV (S.C/S.T) P.S. Case No.1 of 2022 instituted under Section 341/323/504/34 of IPC and section 3(1) (r) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

During course of submission learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the case has been compromised and

settled between the appellants and the Respondent No.2 before learned DLSA, Bokaro and both the sides are known to each other and they do want contest the case and hence, Appellant No.1 may be allowed anticipatory bail.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 also raised no objection since the case has been compromised.

It appears from the report sent by Sri Ashok Kumar Ray, Mediator, Mediation Center, Bokaro that the case has been settled on the following terms, as follows:-

(i) Both the sides do not want to proceed further with the case.

¶23

(ii) Both the sides are neighbours to each other for the last 35 years.

¶24

(iii) Good relationship has been established between both the sides.

¶25

(iv) The appellant No.1-Naresh Yadav has assured that no such occurrence will be repeated in future.

¶26

(v) Both the sides have put their signature without any fear or pressure.

¶27

The report has been prepared by the Mediator, Sri Ashok Kumar Ray on 02.07.2025 and it has been signed by the Informant-Ranjan Kumar and the Appellant No.1-Naresh Yadav @ Naresh Prasad Yadav.

It appears that the case has been compromised between the appellants and the Respondent No.2.

In view of the compromise between the parties, the Appellant No.1- Naresh Yadav @ Naresh Prasad Yadav is directed to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, the Appellant No.1-Naresh Yadav @ Naresh Prasad Yadav is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.15,000/- (Rs.Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional
