Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this interlocutory application has been filed with the prayer to bring on record the certified copy of the order dated 03.11.2022 passed by learned JMFC, Jamshedpur in connection with MGM P.S. case no. 81 of 2017 corresponding G.R. case n. 3095 of 2017.

Perusal of the record reveals that the certified copy of the order dated 03.11.2022, has been annexed at page no. 17of this I.A. and same is not the order by which, the cognizance has been taken, hence, this interlocutory application is dismissed being the frivolous one with warning to the petitioner, not to file such frivolous petition in future.
