of the order dated 16.05.2024 passed in A.B.A. No.2694 of 2024.

2. The statement was made on behalf of the petitioner that on the date of surrender, he will pay Rs.5 Lakhs to the informant and will further pay rest of Rs.10 Lakhs within four months thereafter. He submits that the Rs.5 Lakhs at the time of surrender has already been paid to the informant and however within four months Rs.10 Lakhs has not been paid as the money was not arranged. He further submits that a sum of Rs.5 Lakhs has been arranged now and he further submits that the cheque of Rs.5 Lakhs is ready in his hand which has been handed over to him by the petitioner-Niraj Bhardwaj @ Neeraj Bhardwaj. He submits that within six months further, he will arrange the Rs.5 Lakhs remaining and will hand it over to the informant.

3. Mr. Dubey, learned counsel appearing for the opposite Party No.2 submits that the order passed in the A.B.A. No.2694 of 2024 dated 16.05.2024 has not been complied.

4. Since, Rs.5 Lakhs has been further arranged and in view of that the petitioner herein is directed to deposit the said cheque before learned Court by 20^th June, 2025 where the matter is pending and the learned Court will hand over the cheque to the informant on proper verification.

5. So far as the, prayer for the six months for the payment of further Rs.5 Lakhs is concerned that is being opposed by Mr. Dubey and he submits that a shorter date may kindly be allowed.

6. In view of above, three months further time is extended to pay the remaining amount of Rs.5 Lakhs by the petitioner to the informant. Rest of the conditions passed in A.B.A. No. 2694 of 2024 are kept intact.

7. Mr. Dubey, the learned counsel appearing for the opposite Party No.2 will communicate this order to the informant so that he may appear before the learned Court for receiving the amount being deposited by the petitioner herein.

8. Order dated 16.05.2024 passed in A.B.A. No.2694 of 2024 is modified to the above extent.

9. This petition is disposed of.
