07 /06.01.2025 This petition has been filed for restoration of Criminal Revision No.765 of 2023, which stood dismissed on account of non-removal of defects in terms of order dated 22.06.2024. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the defects could not be removed on account of the fact that the petitioner lost contact with the Advocate.

2. The learned counsel for the State has no serious objection with regard to the prayer for restoration.

3. Considering the averments made, the time for removal of defects in Criminal Revision No.765 of 2023 is extended till 24.01.2025. If the defects are removed in the criminal revision within the extended time, office is directed to place the criminal revision before appropriate Bench as per roster.

4. This Cr.M.P. is accordingly disposed of.
