The instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for quashing order dated 01.11.2024 passed by respondent no. 3 whereby and whereunder the petitioner’s detention has been extended for further three months till 08.02.2025, who was put under preventive detention under Section 12(2) of the Jharkhand Control of Crimes Act vide order dated 09.05.2024.
