1. This petition has been filed for modification of order of the judgment dated 03.09.2024 passed in Criminal Revision No. 316 of 2016 whereby the sentence was modified and the fine amount was enhanced to Rs.25,000/- and the petitioner was to deposit the same within the period of two month from the date of communication of the judgment.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was out of station and has gone to Ahmadabad and on account of loss of his mobile he was not able to contact his counsel and when he came back to Dhanbad on 16.05.2025, he came to know about the warrant has been issued against him on account of non-compliance of judgment and order dated 03.09.2024. The learned counsel prays that the time for depositing the fine amount be extended by a period of two weeks from today and the petitioner has made the necessary arrangement for depositing of the fine amount.

3. Learned counsel for the State has no serious objection to the modification of the order passed in the aforesaid criminal revision application.

4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the judgment and order dated 03.09.2024 passed in Criminal Revision No. 316 of 2016, giving time to the petitioner to deposit the fine amount is extended till 22^nd July, 2025.

5. Let a copy of this order be immediately communicated to the concerned court through “FAX/e-mail”.

6. This Cr.MP is accordingly disposed of.
