1. The present matter has been mentioned at 10:30 A.M by the learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties/ State of the case listed before the roster of Hon’ble the Division Bench No.I. 2. The case has been directed to be heard at 2:15 P.M with the consent of the parties. Thereafter, the matter has been listed in the Production Causelist and the matter has been heard on merit in presence of the learned counsel for the parties.

3. The present contempt case has been filed for alleged willful and deliberate non-compliance of the order dated 21.02.2023, passed by this Court in W.P.(T) No.3957 of 2022.

The officers of the concerned department are present, although there is no direction in the judicial side of personal appearance, but, as has been submitted by Mr. Sachin Kumar, learned Additional Advocate General – II, appearing for the opposite parties/ State that the concerned officers are present due to the reference of personal appearance made in the notice issued (Form-I), as referred under Rule 393 of the High Court of Jharkhand Rules, 2001.

5. It has been submitted by Mr. Sachin Kumar, learned Additional Advocate General -II, that the order dated 21.02.2023, passed by this Court has been complied with as has been stated in para–15 of the show cause.

6. The aforesaid fact has not been disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
