Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the order dated 30.11.2021 passed in W.P.(S) No. 419 of 2019 by the Co-ordinate Bench (Justice Dr. S.N Pathak, as then his Lordship was) of this Court has been complied with and the O.P No. 3 has filed compliance report by filing the show cause on 29.07.2025. It is further submitted that in compliance of the order dated

30.11.2021 passed in W.P.(S) No. 419 of 2019 by the Co-ordinate Bench (Justice Dr. S.N Pathak, as then his Lordship was) of this Court, the petitioner has been reinstated in service and his joining has been accepted on 26.07.2025 and which is enclosed as Annexure-A and Annexure-B respectively to the show cause filed by the O.P No.3 on 29.07.2025.

It appears that a show cause has been filed by one Ashish Kumar Hemborm, District Superintendent of Education, Dumka i.e. O.P No.3 on 29.07.2025 and it has been stated at Para Nos. 8 and 9 that in compliance of the order dated 30.11.2021 passed in W.P.(S) No. 419 of 2019, the O.P No. 3 has issued office order vide Memo No. 1225 dated 24.07.2025 for reinstatement and joining of the petitioner which is enclosed as Annexure-A to the show cause. Thereafter, the petitioner has submitted his joining to the post of Assistant Teacher at Primary School, Budhudih on 26.07.2025 which is enclosed as Annexure-B to the show cause.

Thus, it is evident that the order dated 30.11.2021 passed in W.P.(S) No. 419 of 2019 by the Co-ordinate Bench (Justice Dr. S.N Pathak, as then his Lordship was) of this Court has been complied with.

Accordingly, Cont. Case (Civil) No. 533 of 2022 is, hereby, dropped.
