Heard the parties.

The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mango (Olidih) P.S. Case No. 264 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.193 of 2025, S.T. Case No.175 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 103, 3(5) & 61(2) of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Smt. Manju Kumari, learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Jamshedpur.

On 29.09.2024 at about 11:00 noon, co-accused persons namely Umesh Das and Vikash Jha are alleged to have fired upon the brother of the informant namely Vikash Kumar Gupta, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries.

It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that there is specific allegation against named accused persons that they had shot the deceased. It was finally submitted that co-accused Diraj Kumar Sharma has been granted bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court.

In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt. Manju Kumari, learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Jamshedpur, in connection with Mango (Olidih) P.S. Case No. 264 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.193 of 2025, S.T. Case No.175 of 2025.
