Heard the parties.

The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.383 of 2023 arising out of Burmu P.S. Case No.20 of 2023 registered under Sections 302/201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner in furtherance of common intention with the co-accused person committed murder of wife of the informant. It is next submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is further submitted that petitioner is implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion. It is further submitted that the co-accused persons namely Prakash Munda and Dilip Munda have been admitted to bail by co-ordinate Benches of this Court in B.A. No.2510 of 2025 and B.A. 4929 of 2024 respectively vide orders dated 25.08.2025 and 31.08.2024 respectively. It is further submitted that petitioner is a female. It is then submitted that the petitioner undertakes that she will co-operate with the trial of the case and also undertake that she will not annoy or disturb the informant or the witnesses of the case. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has been in

custody since 22.03.2023 as is evident from para-07 of the instant bail application. Hence it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail. Learned Addl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/(Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II, Ranchi, in connection with S.T. Case No.383 of 2023 arising out of Burmu P.S. Case No.20 of 2023 with the condition that she will co-operate with the trial of the case and furnish her mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that he will not change her mobile number during the trial of the case and she will not annoy or disturb the informant or the witnesses of the case .
