1. The instant petition has been preferred for the modification of the award dated 13.09.2013 passed in F.A. No. 550 of 2006, to the extent of substituting the legal heirs of appellant No. 1, namely Most. Anpi Devi.

2. Submission has been made by learned counsel for the petitioners that appellant No.1 Most. Anpi Devi, wife of late Sukar Mahto died on 14.11.2022, after passing of award in First Appeal No. 550 of 2006.

3. He further submitted that Most. Anpi Devi is having two sons, namely, Sahdev Mahto and Basudev Mahto and in support of above stated submission, he furnished one certificate issued by Deputy Mukhiya Vill+Post- Kundi Dhanwar, Block- Domchanch, DistKoderma, wherein it has been certified that Sahdev Mahto and Basudev Mahto are the son of late Most. Anpi Devi. Further, prayer is made to accept the same and taken on record.

4. Mr. Manish Kumar, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the Opposite Party/ State is having no objection to the prayer made on behalf of the petitioners.

5. Let certificate issued by Deputy Mukhiya be kept on record.

6. In this circumstances, prayer for substitution of legal heirs of Most. Anpi Devi is allowed.

7. Accordingly, C.M.P. No.493 of 2025 is, hereby, allowed and disposed of.
