07/12.08.2025 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Angara P.S. Case No.52/2023, registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 read with Section 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Ranchi.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in identical situation, the co-accused, who was the Branch Manager of HDFC Bank, has been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in A.B.A. No.5029 of 2024. He further submits that the present petitioners are labourers. He also submits that the petitioners have received notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. and they have also replied to the same.

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that serious allegations of embezzlement of Rs.5,38,000/- and Rs.6,88,000/- are there against petitioner nos. 1 and 2, which has been transferred in their account respectively.

In light of the above and considering that notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. has already been replied by the petitioners, they are directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioners on such terms and conditions or sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.

Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
