The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lalpur P.S. Case No. 395 of 2019, corresponding to G.R. Case No.2142 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Gautam Govinda, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ranchi.

On 14.10.2019 at about 2:00 p.m., dacoity was committed in Amrawati Complex, Jewelry House at Circular Road, Ranchi.

It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned A.P.P on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner is an accused in as many as five cases.

Considering the fact that there is no cogent material against the petitioner on record, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Gautam Govinda, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ranchi, or his successor, in connection with Lalpur P.S. Case No. 395 of 2019, corresponding to G.R. Case No.2142 of 2024.
