3/ 19.03.2024 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the defect, as pointed out by the office, has already been removed.

The petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondents for grant of retiral dues including provident fund, gratuity, group insurance, earned leave encashment, arrears of 6^th PRC, benefit if ACP, arrears of D.A. etc, for which the petitioner is legally entitled for.

Earlier the petitioner has approached this Court for grant of retiral benefits and with the consent of the parties, the matter was referred to the National Lok Adalat. Before the National Lok Adalat, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has given undertaking for payment of retiral benefits and on such undertaking, the writ petition was disposed of.

Since there is already an undertaking of the respondents, no fresh order is required to be passed in the present writ petition. As such, this writ petition is being disposed of, with the direction to the respondents to comply the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the respondents before the National Lok Adalat for making payment of retiral benefits as per Scheme as early as possible, preferably within a period of weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
