The prayer in the writ petition is made for direction upon the District Sub-Registrar, Koderma to accept the sale deed presented before him in connection with Plot No.16, Khata No.22, Thana No.14, Mauza- Bidar measuring to an area of total 7 decimals, out of which, 2 decimals of land has already been sold by petitioners no.1 to petitioner no.2, but the rest is not being accepted by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the District SubRegistrar, Koderma is not accepting the sale deed.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents, wherein, it has been specifically stated in paragraph 11 that the petitioners have not approached the authority concerned and there is no refusal.

In view of the said counter affidavit, the petitioner is required to move before the authority concerned for the prayer made in the petition, as such, this writ petition is being disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority for the needful.
