Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent State.

The instant writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner praying for a direction upon the respondent authorities to extend benefit of 2^nd MACP and 3^rd MACP on account of completion of 20 years and 30 years in 2010 and 2020 respectively. The petitioner has further prayed that respondent authorities be directed to provide calculation of arrears, thereafter pay arrears of difference of pay on account of 5^th , 6^th and 7^th pay revision along with interest and to pay arrears of transfer and relocation allowance.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is duly entitled for the relief as prayed for in the instant writ petition.

Though the petitioner approached the respondent authorities several times, but no action has been taken by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondents fairly submits that since no counter affidavit has been filed as such the petitioner may be directed to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 5.

Having regard to the aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel for the parties without going into merits of the case, the instant writ petition is hereby disposed of by directing the respondent no. 5 to treat this writ petition as representation and pass an order after going through the records of the case within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The petitioner is also directed to serve the copy of this writ petition along with a copy of this order as early as possible so that the claim can be redressed at the earliest.
