06/02.01.2024 The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of
direction upon the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on the post of Trained Graduate Teacher (Hindi) after document verification, as his name has not been mentioned in the result published on 14.12.2018.
2. Mr. Krishna Prajapati, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the grievance raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition has been redressed.
3. Considering the said submission, there is no need to further proceed in the present matter.
4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
