2 /19.08.2024 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners as well as State. 2. The prayer in this petition has been made for direction upon the Deputy Commissioner Ramgarh and Superintendent of Police Ramgarh to provide protection to the petitioners with regard to dispute between the private respondents and the petitioners of khata no.19, plot no.266 area 52.5 decimals of Mauza Mai,Thana No.0005.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the raiyats of the said land and unnecessarily the private respondents are disturbing and the concerned Officer Incharge of Gola Police Station is also helping them.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner may move before the Deputy Commissioner, Ramgarh for the same.

In view of above, this petition is being disposed of directing the petitioners to file a fresh representation before Deputy Commissioner Ramgarh who will look into the matter and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
