05/ 12.01.2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the prayer made in this application has been redressed inasmuch as his service has been confirmed and ACP & MACP has already been granted to him but unfortunately the ACP and MACP amount has not been paid to him; as such he seeks permission to withdraw this case with a liberty to file fresh writ application.
AC to learned GP-VI for the respondents does not have any objection. Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to file a fresh writ application with regard to payment.
Accordingly, this application stands disposed of with a liberty as prayed for.
