1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. In the present writ petition, the notice annexed as Annexure – 2 is under challenge. The relevant portion of the said notice dated 16.11.2021 reads as under :-

3. From the pleadings and arguments of the parties, it appears that the land is situated in a protected forest area. The petitioner is claiming right over the said piece of land on the

In view of the above factual matrix, the present writ petition is, hereby, disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority, where the proceeding is pending and the concerned authority is directed to pass an appropriate order after giving due opportunity to the parties.

5. With the above observation and direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
