Heard the parties.

This Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226 of the Constitution of India with a prayer for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner by removing the high tension (11000 Volt) Electric Wire running over his residential house.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has submitted a representation to the Senior Engineer, Electric Supply Division, Jamshedpur through the respondent no.8 but it is fairly submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no such post as Senior Engineer which has been arrayed as respondent no.7; exists.

Learned Senior Standing Counsel for the JBVNL submits that no such post as Senior Engineer exists in Electric Supply Division of Jamshedpur. Moreover, it is submitted that it has not even mentioned that Senior Engineer of which organization is meant by the description of the respondent no.7.

At this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner abandons the prayer made in this writ petition and submits that the petitioner will file a fresh representation to the respondent no.5 for redressal of his grievances. Hence, the respondent no.5 be directed to dispose of such representation in accordance with law within three months from the date of receipt of such representation.

The learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has no serious objection.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this writ petition is disposed of with the observation that if the petitioner files a representation before the respondent no.5 for redressal of his grievances, the same shall be considered in accordance with law by the respondent no.5 within three months from the date of receipt of such representation.
