the court of Munsif at Dhanbad against Bara Jitu Mahato and others. The suit was decreed on contest in favour of Govardhan Mahato and possession was delivered in Execution Case No. 390 /1931. Govardhan Mahato died in 1975 and his son Puran Chandra Mahato came in possession of the said land. Out of the said Schedule A land, he transferred by registered sale deed 8 decimals in plot no. 814 out of total area of 11 decimals in plot no. 815 in favour of the plaintiffs by registered sale deed No. 3427 dated 04.07.1995 which has been fully detailed in Schedule B of the plaint and the plaintiffs constructed their house over the said plot.
This Court does not find any substantial question of law for admitting the instant appeal.
Second appeal is dismissed at the stage of admission.
