Learned counsel for the petitioner has taken time on earlier occasion on the ground that talk of compromise is going on between the parties but result is not being apprised to the court and the petitioner is not taking any interest in prosecuting this revision. It appears that petitioner is lingering this matter in order to avoid his liability due to conviction under Section 138 N.I. Act and payment of compensation amount of Rs.14,000,00/- (Fourteen Lacs).
Under the abovementioned facts and circumstances this Revision is dismissed for default.
