Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to proceed in this case on merits and desires to withdraw this revision, due to the reason that petitioner was held guilty and convicted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504 & 379 of the I.P.C., but for all counts, the trial court instead of sentencing the petitioner at once any substantive punishment directed that the petitioner be released on his entering into probation bond of Rs. 5,000/- with two sureties in the like amount as provided under Section 4 of the Offenders Act, 1958, subject to payment of Rs. 3,000/- to the informant as compensation for the loses and injuries caused to the prosecutrix (informant).

The petitioner wants to withdraw this case and is ready to comply with the order of learned trial court as well as appellate court in the terms of payment of compensation.

Learned APP has raised no objection against the above contention.

¶11

In the aforementioned facts and circumstances, considering the plea taken by learned counsel for the petitioner, this revision is dismissed as withdrawn.

¶12

Petitioner is directed to comply with the impugned judgment within three months from the date of this order, otherwise coercive steps shall be taken against him.

¶13

Let a copy of this order along with trial court record be sent to the court concerned for information and needful.
