2. Counsel for the opposite party no. 2 is present.
3. From the records of this case it appears that vide order dated 21.08.2024, the petitioner was granted time till 29.08.2024 to remove the surviving defects. It was also observed that in case the defects are not removed within the time stipulated, the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to a Bench.
4. The records indicate that the case continued to be defective. Apparently, the order dated 21.08.2024 has taken its effect and therefore this petition is treated to be dismissed for non- compliance of order dated 21.08.2024.
