Heard the parties.

The present application is filed for extension of time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below in the light of the order dated 08.09.2023 passed in A.B.A. No. 5496 of 2023 in connection with Maheshpur P. S. Case No. 67 of 2023, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Pakur.

It was submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid application with a direction to surrender before the learned court below within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner could not surrender within the stipulated period because petitioner had gone out of station.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the learned court below shall release him on anticipatory bail as per the conditions laid down in A.B.A. No. 5496 of 2023.

It is however made clear that no further extension of time shall be granted.

With this direction this application is disposed of.
