Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by virtue of the order dated 10.11.2023 passed in A.B.A. No. 5534 of 2023, the petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within three weeks but on account of fact that the petitioner being poor person has not arranged the money within time, he could not surrender within time as stipulated therein and, therefore, the period as stipulated in the order dated 10.11.2023 be extended for further two weeks.
As prayed for, time as stipulated in the order dated 10.11.2023 is extended for further two weeks from today.
This criminal misc. petition stands allowed.
