Learned counsel for the respondent State and respondent no.5. are present.

In the writ petition the prayer is made for quashing of the order of NBW as well as section 82 Cr.PC process issued by the learned court.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.5 submits that now the petitioner has been arrested and he has also been enlarge on regular bail by the learned court.

In view of his such submission, the present writ petition has become infructuous so far as the NBW as well as section 82 Cr.PC process are concerned.

So far as quashing of the entire criminal proceeding is concerned, nobody has come forward to argue the matter. As such, for that prayer, the liberty is provided to the petitioner to take all the grounds at appropriate stage as the said prayer was not pressed.

This writ petition is dismissed.
