Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Cr.M.P. with liberty to raise all the grounds taken in this Cr.M.P. before the appropriate courts or authority at the appropriate stage.
Permission is accorded.
This Cr.M.P. stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
In view of withdrawal of the instant Cr.M.P., the interim order granted vide order dated 24.01.2018, is vacated.
