02 /23.08.2024 The prayer in this petition has been made for extension of surrender time in the light of order dated 08.05.2024 passed in A.B.A. No. 2005 of 2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 08.05.2024 passed in A.B.A. No. 2005 of 2024 the petitioner was provided privilege of anticipatory bail. He submits that the mother of the petitioner is suffering from paralysis and she cannot move in her house without Vaisakhi and on 14.05.2024, she fell down on the ground and due to this the petitioner has not been able to surrender before the learned court within the stipulated period.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the privilege of anticipatory bail was already provided to the petitioner in spite of that the petitioner has not surrendered.

Considering that the privilege of anticipatory bail was already provided to the petitioner, however, the petitioner has not been able to surrender due to the reason pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner, as such the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Court on 9^th September, 2024 and as such time is extended to surrender in the light of order dated 08.05.2024 passed in A.B.A. No. 2005 of 2024. Rest of the conditions are kept intact.

5. The order is modified to the above extent and disposed of.
