2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of his best efforts, he has not been able to take instruction and the petitioner has also not come forward to provide any instruction.
3. In view of that, he seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file afresh, if the cause of action still survives.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the State and learned counsel appearing for the opposite party No.2 have got no objection for the same.
5. This petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
