The present contempt petition has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding as against the opposite parties for willful violation of order dated 11.04.2018 passed in W.P.(S) No. 7413 of 2011.

Mr. Anish Kumar Mishra, learned A.C. to Sr.S.C.-I appearing on behalf of the opposite parties, submits that the aforesaid order passed by learned Single Judge was challenged by the State of Jharkhand by preferring L.P.A. No. 470 of 2018. The said L.P.A. was also heard along with other similar L.P.As. led by L.P.A. No. 234 of 2018 and the same were allowed vide order dated 08.11.2023.

3. Considering the said submission, no case of contempt is made out against the opposite parties.

4. The contempt proceeding as against the opposite parties

is hereby dropped.

5. The contempt petition is accordingly dismissed.
