This contempt petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "The instant application is being filed for initiation of contempt proceedings as against the Opposite Parties/Contemnors for willful disobedience and disregard of the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(C) No. 2154 of 2022, dated 15.06.2023 presided over by the bench of Hon'ble Mrs. Justice Anubha Rawat Choudhary."

3. Learned counsel for the opposite party- State has submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no final order has been passed in connection with the proceedings under section 4(h) of Bihar Land Reforms Act and therefore, the order has not been complied.

5. To this, learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted that a direction was issued to Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Palamau and whatever was required to be done at his end, the same has been done. He has recommended for cancellation of Jamabandi .

6. Considering the aforesaid submission, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in this contempt proceeding and this contempt proceeding is hereby dropped.

7. However, it is open to the petitioner to avail her remedies in accordance with law.
