Heard the parties.

The applicants, who are in custody since 02.08.2023, have approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Lower Bazar P.S. Case No. 249 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(B), 66(C) and 66(D) of the Information Technology Act.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that complete set of FIR along with its enclosures have been annexed with the present bail application and there is no suppression on his part .

Innocence of the applicants has been claimed and undertaking has been given for participation in the trial. It has been submitted that there is no criminal antecedent against these applicants and as per the allegation the applicants have sold the mobile phone provided by the cyber criminals. Charge has already framed on 12.12.2023. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been made.

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above facts and the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the applicants on bail. Accordingly, the applicants, named above, are directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Lower Bazar P.S. Case No. 249 of 2023, subject to condition that the applicants will submit selfattested photocopy of their Aadhaar Cards and also submit their mobile numbers before the learned court below which they will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court. Further condition is that one of the bailors will be the close family members of the applicants and the applicants will report once in a month before the concerned police station, till the conclusion of trial.
