No. 1832/2023 filed by the petitioner before the Sessions Court has been dismissed for non-appearance of the counsel for the petitioner vide order dated 10.01.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Giridih, he may be permitted to withdraw the present anticitptory bail application with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh anticitptory bail petition before the Sessions Court, Giridih.
Considering the said submission, the present anticitptory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
