1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel for the State.
2. The present application has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Baliapur P.S. Case No.42 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 342, 504, 506, 354, 307, 498-A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act, pending in the court of learned J.M.-1st Class, Dhanbad.
3. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.
4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection.
5. Permission is accorded.
6. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is, hereby, dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
