for grant of regular bail in connection with Jhariya (Borrahgrh O.P.) P.S. Case No.67 of 2023 (Sessions Trial No.571 of 2023), registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional District Judge-VI, Dhanbad.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application with a liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.
