Heard the parties.

The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Littipara P.S. Case No. 03 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. No. 336 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 147/ 148/ 149/ 341/ 504/ 506/ 323/ 324/ 325/ 326/307/302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Pakur.

On 23.01.2024 at about 9:30 A.M., petitioner alongwith co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted Philim Kisku, due to which he succumbed to his injury.

It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the accused persons. It was further submitted that co-accused namely Maran Kora Marandi @ Rameshwar Marandi @ Rameral Marandi and Rajesh Marandi have been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 7462/2024.

In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Pakur in connection with Littipara P.S. Case No. 03 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. No. 336 of 2024.
