Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State.
submitted that as per post-mortem report, there is no mark of any violence and it is a simple case of suicide and therefore it is inferred that this petitioner has played no role in the commission of the offence and it is not a case of abatement to commit suicide. It is further pointed out that this petitioner is in custody since 30.03.2024 and charge-sheet in this case has been submitted and there is no possibility of tampering the evidence and therefore he deserves to be enlarged on bail.
