Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 102/2024, arising out of Manjhiaon P.S. Case No. 105/2023, Corresponding to G. R. Case No. 228/2024, registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Garhwa.
The petitioner is said to have given a gandasa blow on the person of the deceased due to which she succumbed to her injuries.
Learned A.P.P. submitted that on the basis of confession of this petitioner the murder weapon was recovered from his house.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case; I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
Learned court below shall expedite the trial.
