Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 353 of 2023 arising out of Nawa Bazar P.S. Case No. 108 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. No. 828 of 2023 for the offences registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions JudgeII, Palamau at Daltonganj.

On 22.12.2022 at about 3.30 p.m. four unknown persons came to the Informant while he was in CSP, and on pistol point, looted his mobile phone and Rs. 1,75,000/-.

It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR, nor he has been put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court.

Mr. Shashi Kumar Verma, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts.

Considering the aforesaid facts, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with S.T. No. 353 of 2023 arising out of Nawa Bazar P.S. Case No. 108 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. No. 828 of 2023.
